Baai-Bor Women in Australia Inc is made up of managing committee, headed by the chairlady.  There is also a legislative body of six women, nominated by the office to help govern the association and to act on behave of the public within the BBWA's operation. If you have any concerns or complains related to the operation of this association, please do not be uncertain to reach their board via email legislativebody@baaiborwomen.org.auOtherwise send any general enquiries to the administration's email Info@baaiborwomen.org.au. 
 
 
Managing committee duties
 
Administrative services managers coordinate and direct the many support services that allow organizations to operate efficiently. They perform a broad range of duties. Specific duties for these managers vary by degree of responsibility and authority required by the organizations.  Generally, the responsibilities and the functions of the managing Committee are to exercise general oversight with respect to the affairs of the Association. It should meet at least twice during each General Assembly. Its duties include the following:
  • To consider proposals for changes to the Statutes and By-Laws

 

  • To determine the annual subscription fee for associate

 

  • To fill office-bearing vacancies arising between successive periods of postal voting

 

  •  To assist in preparing agenda and making arrangements for General Assemblies and other meetings 

 

  • To appoint a nominate committee for the short-listing of candidates for election as new office-bearers 

 

  • Be committed and be abiding by law to follow the rules and the guideline of the association etc
